AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
YOU, and Each of You, are hereby notified that on the 26th day of May, 2017, the above named petitioner filed a petition to reconstruct and maintain an existing drainage system on the proposed course hereinafter set forth.
Commencing at a point being approximately 2800 feet east and 850 north of the SW Corner of the SW Quarter of Section 14, T 4 S, R 5 E, Amanda Township, Allen County, Ohio. Thence continuing in a northerly direction approximately 550 feet to its confluence with the open ditch. The watershed includes a portion of Section 23, T 4 S, R 5 E, Logan Township, Auglaize County, Ohio.
Because it is claimed that your property will be benefited by the proposed improvement, either directly by having a part of it on your property, or indirectly by having stormwater runoff from your property drain through it. If the Joint Board of County Commissioners, after viewing the proposed course and conducting a public hearing, approves the project, your property would be assessed for your portion of the costs of engineering, construction and future maintenance.
You are further notified that the Joint Board of County Commissioners of Allen and Auglaize Counties have fixed the following date, time, and place for the final hearing on the proposed improvement:
