The following legal notice is for the furnishing and installation of storm sewers including: 12,203 LF of 12” HDPE, 2473 LF of 15” HDPE, 2552 LF of 18” HDPE, 982 LF of 24” HDPE, approximately 68 catch basins, 58 yard drains, approximately 1,300 LF of open ditch clearing, grubbing, and excavation and approximately 5,900 LF of various storm sewer cleaning and video documentation in Section 23 of Shawnee Township, Allen County Ohio.

Input the QuestCDN project number 7021633 on the website’s projects search page to download the digital documents for a fee of $15.00. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information and vBid online bid submittal questions. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). Bidders will be charged a fee of $30.00 to submit a bid electronically. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com.
Electronic Bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board of Allen County Commissioners and will be opened by the clerk of said County, on Thursday May 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the office of the Board of Allen County Commissioners, 204 N. Main St, Lima, Ohio 45801.
Said bids shall be accompanied with a bid bond or certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will sign the contract for the performance of the work, and for furnishing the material bid upon, and will furnish such bond to the Board of Allen County Commissioners for the performance of the contract signed as may be required by law. Bidder is responsible for all fees associated for submitting a bid on the project.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bid exceeding the Engineer’s estimate will be rejected, by order of the Board of Allen County Commissioners.
